Our producers
At Shared Earth we develop products with more than 30 producers across the world. As a Fair Trade company, Shared Earth has ethical as well as comercial aims. In particular, we seek to ensure all our suppliers have safe working conditions, a reasonable wage and that minorities and children are not expoited. Where possible, we also seek to allow the community as a whole, as well as the individual, to benefit from our trade.
By buying from us, you can help to encourage economic progress and support sustainable industries, which in turn contributes to tackling the long term problems faced by developing countries.
We also strive to minimise the impact that our business has on the environment by trying to ensure that our suppliers use materials and production methods that have as little effect as possible on the environment.
